2. The following month I had a rubbish month and played terrible and barely broke even.

3. I lost interest and got busy doing other things.

4. My favourite free online poker site shutdown and sold off their business to someone else.

5. Since the poker habit was broken I quite often forgot to play.

6. I withdrew a lot of my winning after that winning month and then lost the next month so I had to drop down a level. When you drop down it is less interesting because you are winning and losing less money and you incorrectly assume all the players are bad and you play different as a result, meaning you lose more money.

7. I tried getting back into it on Full Tilt but I really feel the players are much better there and even after dropping down I was still only breaking even.

I had to condense my whole life story into just a few minutes that would be fun to watch. I filled out my application, made my video and waited, knowing that if I was lucky enough to be chosen to be on the show I would be taught how to lose weight fast, something that I knew would help me to live a long and healthy life that I could share with my family, and something that I felt was much needed. Despite all of my efforts I was sent a rejection letter. I figured they must have had people who needed more help them me. But even if I wasn’t chosen for the show, I still had the problem of being overweight. I was going to start my own diet and exercise program with or without their help.

I made the commitment to start to eat healthy and begin exercising, which at first meant doing sets of six pack ab exercises in my living room every night until I was able to get the money together to join a fitness club and get the professional help that I needed to reach the goals that I had set for myself, and to lead me in my new healthy lifestyle.
